Celebrating Success and Giving Back: A Recap of Our Second Annual Golf Outing

We are excited to share the resounding success of our Second Annual Golf Outing! This event brought together passionate golfers, generous sponsors, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of those battling cancer. With the invaluable support of our sponsors and participants, this year's golf outing was an extraordinary day filled with camaraderie, competition, and heartfelt giving.

We were thrilled to witness an impressive turnout of 171 enthusiastic golfers who came together to make our Second Annual Golf Outing an overwhelming success. It was truly heartwarming to see so many individuals uniting for our cause, showcasing the power of collective support in our mission to assist those battling cancer.

As each golfer made their way to the event, they received their exclusive giveaways, courtesy of our thoughtful sponsors. Coolers, sponsored by Victory Home Remodeling, kept everyone refreshed throughout the day, while golf balls from Lincoln Tech elevated the golfing experience. Each golfer and person that joined us for lunch also received an engraved FSF beer mug or wine glass.

Everyone was able to enjoy a great breakfast together, which was sponsored by Danny Nigro of Merrill Lynch, while also getting warmed up on the driving range and putting green, sponsored by Intertape Polymer Group, Campozino, Lucia Cerullo, Proto Transport LLC, Ray Catena Auto Group, Collegiate Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute, and Paragon Tap & Table.

As each team headed out to their assigned course, they were greeted with our sponsor sheets that highlighted each of our sponsors. Our golf carts were sponsored by Radical Physical Therapy, FDU Athletics, and Cushman and Wakefield, making the day all the more enjoyable. Golfers also had the option to grab some drinks from our beverage carts, brought to you by MI Windows & Doors.

As the rounds concluded, golfers gathered for a lunch and raffle ceremony, along with an additional 54 people joining us. The sense of community and shared purpose was palpable as everyone came together to celebrate the achievements of the day and acknowledge the impact of their contributions. eagerly awaiting the announcement of the winners. Our lunch, courtesy of Victory Home Remodeling, provided the perfect setting for celebration and reflection on the day's achievements. And to accompany the festivities, our bar was graciously sponsored by BRM Home Remodeling.

Congratulations to the outstanding winners! Team DSG Golf claimed victory on the Banks course with a remarkable score of -9, while Team Danny Nigro secured an event low of -15 on the Palmer course. Both groups were rewarded with a foursome to play at Forsgate, offering them an opportunity to further indulge in their love for the sport.

Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to Victory Home Remodeling for their significant donation of $15,000. Their generosity empowers us to continue supporting all those in need, making a real difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families.

We extend our deepest gratitude to all our sponsors, participants, and volunteers. Together, we have not only created cherished memories but have also sown the seeds of hope and support for those facing the challenges of cancer.
